K Fit is currently on recess. We plan to be back in the fall!

K Fit is an active fitness program for men, women, boys and girls, combining elements of karate conditioning and yoga stretching. There are no ranks or uniforms. We just work hard and stay healthy. A typical night includes:
  • Warm ups
  • Moving yoga
  • Punches and kicks
  • Core and balance work
  • Cool down stretching and breathing
Everyone works together, but exercises can be made easier or harder depending on your ability. I'm not the most fit guy on the planet, and you don't have to be, either. Our motto is:

Break your own barriers!
Wear loose clothing you don't mind getting dirty (you'll spend some time on the floor). It's your option whether to wear sneakers or go barefoot.
